Our Philosophy

Bay Mills Equestrian is built around a collection of relationship-driven programs designed to create meaningful opportunities for both horse and rider. Rather than operating as a high-volume sales barn, we focus on thoughtful, individualized experiences — from flexible ride-and-show opportunities on quality horses to outreach for young professionals within the sport. Each program is intentionally structured to provide access to exceptional horses and sustainable growth in an environment that values horsemanship, professionalism, and genuine connection.
Jennifer Levi · Founder
Jennifer began riding before she could read, and never really stopped. After three decades competing and training across the hunter, jumper, and equitation rings, she built a parallel career as a Equine Science graduate with extensive pre-veterinary education and clinical experience. She is currently doing learner judging for her small “r” in hunters and equitation. That dual lens shapes the way Bay Mills is run: every placement followed through the seasons that come after.
